Usually 30-70% below listing price. Seed rounds get 80-90% discount, private sales 50-70%, public presales 30-50%. Bigger discounts = longer vesting typically.
Is 0% TGE a red flag?
Often yes. It means you can't sell anything at launch. If price dumps during your cliff, you're stuck watching. Prefer at least 10-20% TGE to recover initial investment.
How do bonus tokens work?
