What are Vine requirements?
Brand Registry enrollment, FBA product in 'New' condition, fewer than 30 existing reviews, available inventory, and complete listing with images and description.
How long until I get reviews?
Products are shown to targeted Vine Voices for 28 days first, then all Voices. Reviews typically arrive 4-8 weeks after product is claimed. Full 90-day enrollment period.
Can I remove negative Vine reviews?
No. Vine reviews can only be removed if they violate Amazon TOS. Vine Voices are selected for honest feedback - expect genuine opinions, positive or negative.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes! Since December 2024, you can upgrade within 30 days of enrollment. Start with free tier, see how products are claimed, then upgrade if needed. Cannot downgrade.
What if no one claims my product?
If no reviews are received within 90 days, you won't be charged the enrollment fee. However, you still lose the product cost for any units that were claimed but not reviewed.
How many ASINs can I enroll?
Up to 200 parent ASINs can be enrolled simultaneously. Each parent ASIN is charged separately. Child ASINs (variations) don't have separate fees.
