CANCELLATION

WEATHER PROVISIONS
The Service Provider shall not be responsible for delays in service caused by inclement weather conditions. Services missed due to weather will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date.
LIABILITY
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage to property or injury to persons that may occur during the provision of services, except for damages resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Service Provider.
TERMINATION
